Price and Terms are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis of the prices in effect on the date of the order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the price list will constitute the entire terms and obligations upon acceptance of any order. Orders are filled per these terms of sale without addition, deletion, or modification. Special terms printed on customer's orders will not be recognized where they differ from those from River Valley Inflatables.
River Valley (RV) Inflatables will ship on reputable carriers all orders. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer’s purchase agreement. Any charges that are incurred due to special shipments, a residential shipment or reasons not known to us will be the responsibility of the customer. The signing of the delivery ticket constitutes the acceptance of that order. Any damaged freight has to be acknowledged by the freight company at the time of delivery.
Product may be returned for warranty, Freight Damage, or just not what you wanted. Please contact us for the RMA number and form before any returns are made. River Valley (RV) Inflatables has the right to refund the item at the customer's price or replace the item. A 20% restocking fee may be charged in some cases.
River Valley (RV) Inflatables will attempt to special order items for you. All special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Products sold by River Valley (RV) Inflatables are covered against defects by manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information is available for many of our products in the product support center.

STEARNS® warrants their product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Products that prove to be defective under conditions of normal and proper use during the warranty period because of defective or repaired without charge.
